As a well-established local producer and craft beer pioneer, Rubicon doesn’t monkey around…unless you’re talking about Rubicon’s Monkey Knife Fight Pale Ale and IPA.  Refreshing and lightly hopped, the Pale Ale is full flavored without the higher alcohol or heavy bitterness.
