Laura Chenel's Buchette and Ash Rind Buchette bring a little tang to your tastebuds. Made in the traditional style of aged goat cheese from southern France, Laura Chenel’s Buchette and Ash Rind Buchette are small logs carefully wrapped in breathable film and snuggled into small wooden cups. Both are wonderful on a cheese board with nuts and fruit, on sandwiches, or as a topping for pizza, steak, or roasted vegetables.
Made in the traditional style of aged goat cheese from southern France, Laura Chenel’s Buchette and Ash Rind Buchette are small logs carefully wrapped in breathable film and snuggled into small wooden cups. The original buchette has a thin, cream-colored rind with a dense, luxurious texture and delicate tang while the ash-rind buchette has an edible, tender rind with a smooth crumbly texture and bright citrusy tang. Both are wonderful on a cheese board with nuts and fruit, on sandwiches, or as a topping for pizza, steak, or roasted vegetables.
