This Halloween, set up a candy apple bar and let your guests create their own unique apple pop! It’s a fun way to enjoy a candy apple your way, with less mess ( you can shove the whole thing in your mouth and keep the caramel where you want it, not on your face or the floor). Each member of our team created their own unique creation. Try them all!

Prep your apples:
Wash apples (we love Granny Smith) and cut off the top of your apple. Gently scoop out spheres with a small melon baller and insert small sticks (such as non-toxic twigs from your yard or regular cake pop skewers work well, too). Use a pastry brush to cover apples with lemon juice to prevent browning.
Melt your chocolates and caramel candies and keep them warm in fondue pots. Prepare your toppings and display them in plates and bowls that make dipping easy.
Try one of our team’s creations.

The Ghost Story
Let’s be honest, the best part of camping is the s’mores..throw in a little toffee for good measure and bring the bonfire indoors with this dipped delight. Smother apple in marshmallow creme (it’s best if the apple’s skin is exposed so the coating has something to stick to) and quickly sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs and HEATH English Toffee Bits. It's scary good! - Jordan
The Veruca
Apple dipped in caramel and sprinkled with sea salt flakes and a dust of lavendar. - Margot
