Looking for the perfect Valentine's Day wine? Bella Serre (light and fresh, perfect for an apertif), Miraval Rosé (a great sipping wine when red's too heavy and white's too light), and Coppola Sophia blanc de blanc (an excellent gift that pairs well with food) are a few of our heart-pounding favorites!
Bella Serre
Light and fresh, Serre prosecco carries the DOCG quality level, which sets this sparkling wine apart from the rest. This distinction means that the fruit is sourced from the heart of the region where prosecco is produced, between the towns of Valdobbiadene and Conegliano where the best fruit is grown. Low in alcohol, it’s a high-quality wine at a great value, and it’s perfect as an aperitif or alongside light dishes.
It's a Miraval!
A great sipping wine from the Provence region of France, Miraval Rosé is the perfect choice when a white wine is too light and a red too heavy. This high-quality rosé received attention as it’s owned by Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, but we like it for its taste, versatility, and unique bottle shape. Pair it with a fruit place, light meats, and ham.
Director's Cut
Director Francis Ford Coppola originally created the lovely Coppola Sophia blanc de blanc as a gift for his daughter Sophia, who is also a director. Available in both bottles and convenient cans, this light sparkling wine has an elegant, feminine flair with each bottle gift wrapped in pink cellophane, styled after a peony. Like most sparkling wines, this one pairs beautifully with a variety of foods; its relative high acidity and refreshing bubbles are perfect for casual dining or for any celebratory affair.
