Kerrygold Dubliner: This decidedly Irish cheese is made from grass-fed cows’ milk and aged to perfection. Robust, complex and with a cheddar-esque texture, Kerrygold Dubliner has a distinctive taste and a natural hint of nutty sweetness. Pair with a pint of Guinness for a full Irish experience!
Cooleeney Farm Farmhouse Brie: Fresh from the farm, this beautiful brie is soft, full-flavored and robust. Surrounded by a white mould rind, the creamy and buttery brie has flavors of white mushroom and oak plus a pleasant bitterness. Get bubbly and enjoy with a glass of sparking wine.
