Strawberry Shortcake: Three layers of snowy white cake are filled with real whipped cream and fresh, sliced strawberries. Simply delicious, this shortcake is finished with whole glazed strawberries for a beautiful presentation of a timeless classic. 

Elegant Lady: As the name implies, our exquisite Elegant Lady Cake has amazing taste and style. Airy white cake is filled with silky vanilla custard, topped with rich non-dairy whipped topping, wrapped in lady fingers, topped with seasonal fresh fruit and tied with a ribbon. 

Fruit Tarts: Available in 2, 5 and 9-inch sizes, these beautiful, fresh tarts feature a rich buttery shortbread crust coated with bittersweet chocolate, filled with chocolate or vanilla custard and topped with seasonal fresh fruit and a light glaze. 

Fruit Basket Cake: We put all our fruit in one basket in this beautiful three-layer cake! Layered with pineapple filling, sliced strawberries and whipped cream, and sliced bananas in custard, this wonderful white cake is iced and bordered with fresh whipped cream and finished with fresh seasonal berries.
