Are you that person who waits all year for pumpkin lattes? Well, your guilty pleasure isn't all that guilty! Pumpkin is high in vitamin A and enzymes, as well as being a good source of vitamin C. And it's not just for leisurely sipping on a Saturday morning—pumpkin makes a great mask for all skin types.
To make this pumpkin face mask, simply mix 1 teaspoon canned pumpkin (pure pumpkin, NOT pumpkin pie mix) with 1 teaspoon honey. Smooth on freshly washed skin and spend 10 minutes sipping your pumpkin latte and enjoying fall. Gently rinse off and follow with moisturizer and/or sunscreen.
Please note: As good as pumpkin pie is, don't make one for your face—cinnamon and clove are highly sensitizing and can irritate skin. Save the spices for the pie! Also, always do a patch test before applying full face mask.
