Green Bean Casserole: Green beans mixed with a mushroom sauce and bread crumbs, then baked and topped with crispy onions—a holiday favorite!
Green Bean Almondine: Crisp green beans tossed with extra virgin olive oil and toasted sliced almonds.
Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Pancetta: Roasted Brussels sprouts mixed with crispy pancetta, toasted pine nuts and shredded Pecorino Romano cheese.
Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Fried Lemon: Roasted Brussels sprouts tossed with fried lemon and toasted almonds.
