How do they do it? One of the key factors to producing this rice is the aging of unhusked rice for at least one year. During this time, it’s stored in refrigerated silos to stabilize the starch and enhance the overall quality of the rice. In the end, the rice has amazing absorption abilities and increases the grain size when cooked.
