We’ve combed the honey market to bring you some of the finest local, raw and specialty honeys around. Whether you prefer your honey pure or flavored, in liquid form or granulated, these prime picks are as sweet as sweet can be!
Fresh to Market Honey: Sweet, raw, local and delicious, our own Fresh to Market Honey comes from bees in Sacramento, Yolo, Sonoma, Solano, Marin and Napa counties and contains pollens that can help with local allergies! If you like to add honey to coffee or tea, just make sure it isn’t too hot—heating honey to more than 120°F can kill the pollens.
PURE Honey: Based locally in Winters, California, PURE Honey is just what it sounds like—clean, pure and all natural goodness! Committed to safe, sustainable beekeeping, this family operation has their own team of bees—Henry’s Bullfrog Bees—and also produces our Fresh to Market Honey!
Sola Bee Honey: This sweet local honey comes from Tauzer Apiaries, a solar-powered farm right here in Woodland, California! Sustainably harvested, pure, raw and delicious, this honey is also packaged with recycled materials like recycled glass, post-consumer paper and soy ink labels.
Nektar Honey Crystals: For all the sweetness of honey without all the stickiness, try adding a few all-natural honey crystals to the mix! Combining the rich flavor of honey and the convenience of cane sugar, these granules are great for everything from hot tea to yogurt, and can even be used in place of sugar in your favorite recipes!
