A longtime guest favorite, The Mac Salad is our chefs’ signature take on a classic and features ditalini noodles, black olives, sweet peppers, green onions and our own secret blend of herbs and spices.

For a more veggie-heavy salad, try our chef-prepared Marinated Carrot Salad, made with shredded tri-color carrots marinated in a sesame and ginger vinaigrette and tossed with cilantro and golden raisins. For a tater twist, order a pint or two of Karl’s Potato Salad, made from scratch with hardboiled eggs, mayo and a touch of relish for that extra zing.
On the slaw side of things, our chefs also make a mean Broccoli Bacon Coleslaw with crisp bacon, dried cranberries, golden raisins, sunflower seeds and our own house-made coleslaw dressing. Also be sure to check out our chef-prepared Crunchy Cabbage Slaw, made with crisp cabbage and toasted almonds mixed with a honey and apple cider vinaigrette.
