- If you're putting the cheese inside the patty (a la Juicy Lucy), try using a mix of the Rumiano Smoked Mozzarella and Smoked Cheddar. It makes for a deliciously gooey center!
- Stuff the inside of the burger with yummy Pt. Reyes Bay Blue, then top it off with grilled onions for an extraordinary blue burger!
- This Stuffed Jalapeño Bacon Popper Burger is a little labor-intensive but well worth it. Make two thin burger patties, top one with Skyhill Farms Jalapeño Chèvre, Stuyt Dairy Bacon Gouda and fresh roasted jalapeño, then seal it shut with the other patty. Grill and serve with chipotle mayo and crispy bacon.
- Use Saint Agur Blue Cheese as spread on one of the buns, then melt Rumiano Habanero Jack on the burger itself.
- Stuff the center of the burger with Caramelized Onion Cheddar, and then melt on Red Dragon for a sweet and tangy combo.
- Both simple and yummy, try adding Philia Rosemary & Basil Spread to a burger along with fresh arugula and tomato for an amazing eating experience.
- Mix Shredded Gruyere into the hamburger meat, then form patties and wrap them in bacon. While the burgers are grilling, lay some Habanero Jack over the top to melt and hold the bacon in place.
- Put Pt. Reyes Bay Blue in the meat and top with a sharp cheddar like Black Diamond 5-Year Cheddar. Complete the experience with arugula and basil aioli on the bun.
- Stuff a burger patty with shredded Red Dragon, then grill with Caramelized Onion Cheddar melted on top. Throw on some spicy mustard, crispy pickle chips and fresh tomato and go to town!
