Its clean, refreshing taste always hits the spot after a particularly enthusiastic round of kick-boxing, and there have even been studies that have shown Penta might have a leg up on the competition when it comes to increasing antioxidant activity in your body. Antioxidants are important for helping keep free radicals from damaging cells in our bodies, which can lead to diseases such as cancer and heart disease, and these studies have shown that Penta helps to reduce “oxidative activity” in cells. Though the research is ongoing, one thing we're sure of is that the ultra-pure taste of this water makes our post-workout thirst a whole lot easier to quench!
