Cline Cellars Farmhouse White: This slightly off-dry wine is blended from about six different grapes that are all grown on Green String Farm, whose mission is to teach environmentally-friendly farming methods, or what they call “Natural Process Agriculture.” We like their wine as well as their methods.
Bodega Ateca - Atteca Garnacha: This is the perfect wine to go with your Corned Beef and Cabbage. The ripe blueberry, licorice and fruit liqueur flavors will balance the saltiness of the meat, while the fatty element of the meal will offset the fine grain tannins in the wine.
Biscaye Baie Sauvignon Blanc: Taste the cool ocean breeze influence in this sauv blanc named after a neighboring Atlantic bay. A crisp wine with notes of white peach, pineapple and citrus fruits, it’s a perfect choice for everyday enjoyment.
Four Vines Biker Zinfandel: Don’t be fooled by the retro-looking label, this is as modern-day a wine as it gets. This Paso Robles zin roars out of the glass with heady, brambly fruit aromas. Flavors of black cherry and jam dominate, while the finish is intense, long and very complex.
