Fruit Tart: Fresh and flavorful fruit tart made with a buttery, chocolate-coated shortbread crust filled with rich vanilla custard and topped with seasonal fruit. Available in 5” and 9” sizes.

Elegant Lady Cake: A delicate dessert of airy white cake filled with vanilla custard, wrapped in lady fingers, topped with rich, non-dairy whipped topping and seasonal fresh fruit, then finished with a ribbon.

Almond Torte: Traditional torte made from scratch in-house with almond paste and gluten-free flour and topped with locally grown, sliced almonds and powdered sugar.
