We also partner with FishWise to provide color-coded labels that show the sourcing information and environmental impact of each item.
One of our summertime favorites is fresh, wild-caught King Salmon—nutritious, delicious and in season for a limited time. According to Dr. Liz Applegate, PhD, one 4-ounce fillet of this “king” of seafood supplies more than 40% of protein needs, a wealth of B vitamins and about 100% of omega-3 needs, making it quite the catch!
PRO TIP: When wild-caught King Salmon isn’t available, sustainably farm-raised New Zealand King Salmon (rated green by FishWise) is another excellent choice for grilling.
