Humphry Slocombe Ice Cream: Bringing tastefully bizarre ice cream flavors to the Bay Area since 2008, founders Jake and Sean (not actually Humphry or Slocombe) have made quite the name for themselves with their deliciously irreverent desserts. Three Twins Ice Cream: If we’re ever stuck on a desserted island, we hope it’s with ice cream as good as this. Founding twin, Neal Gottlieb, opened Three Twins in 2005 with the mission of producing affordable, accessible and inconceivably delicious organic ice cream. How do they do it? With locally sourced milk and cream and other premium ingredients. The company also donates 1% of sales to land conservation initiatives!
