There’s nothing like a healthy, nourishing breakfast to get you through the day. Whether you're meal planning for yourself or serving a crowd, give plain yogurt a delicious glow-up by making an easy-peasy parfait! Layers of nuts, seeds, granola, dried and fresh fruit, maple syrup, cranberry sauce and whatever else suits your fancy can all add extra flavor, texture and fun.
Parfaits are perfect for healthy breakfasts in a hurry. If you don’t have time to make it in the morning, you can save time by prepping the night before, then sealing the jar and refrigerating until you're ready to eat.
As an added bonus, they’re also great for groups! To build a parfait bar, simply set out a variety of plain or flavored yogurts and toppings so guests can build their own personal masterpiece.

- Cocoa Loco: Yogurt + Honey + Dried Coconut + Chocolate Shavings + Sliced Almonds
- 'Appily Ever After: Yogurt + Honey + Apple Butter + Sliced Apple + Granola
- Pearberry Walnut: Yogurt + Honey + Sliced Pear + Dried Blueberries + Walnuts
PRO TIP: Reserve some of your add-ins to top your breakfast masterpiece just before eating. Fresh fruit sweetens the deal, and nuts, seeds or granola add a tasty crunch!
