Make your own crepe masterpiece in just a few easy steps:
- PREP: Prepare all of your fillings and toppings.
- PAN: Lightly grease pan and heat over medium to medium-high heat.
- POUR & SWIRL: Pour batter into pan, then swirl so it reaches the edges.
- FLIP, DON’T RIP! When edges begin to brown, flip crepe with a spatula.
- FILL: Place desired filling on crepe (keep on low heat if melting cheese).
- FOLD: Finish crepe by folding in your favorite fashion.
There’s no wrong way to fold a crepe, but here are a few of our favorites:
- Rolled
- Triangles
- Napoleon
- Open Face
- Omelet-Style
Pro Tip: If making crepes for a crowd, place assembled crepes in a baking dish like enchiladas, then reheat covered in the oven when ready to eat.
