It’s also due to our stores being easily accessible from safe bike routes, providing numerous safe bike racks and including cycling in our Nugget Markets Extraordinary Vision of Sustainability.

There may be a shelter in place going on, but that doesn’t have to stop you from cycling! Consider using your bike to replace the car miles you drive on those few essential trips you make during this time. Look to your bike as a way to get physical exercise. Think of biking as a way to energize you, give you mental stimulation and provide you access to that wonderful warm weather we’re heading into!

Your bike can also be a tool for community. In a time when we can't physically spend time with each other, you can still spend time in nature. It’s a great time for self-reflection and getting in touch with the geography around you.
