Enchiladas aren’t the only thing this sauce is good for—we put it to the test to check out the versatility to see how many things we could use it for. Let’s cook!
Pambazos: Drenched in enchilada sauce and stuffed with potatoes, beans and chorizo, this Mexican sandwich relies on a sturdy, fried roll to hold its tempting fillings. Don't forget the cerveza to wash it all down!
Breakfast Burrito: Nothing beats a good breakfast burrito for convenience and portability in the morning. Eggs scrambled in our Fresh to Market Enchilada Sauce give this version an extra infusion of flavor.
Chilaquiles: Beloved for breakfast or brunch, chilaquiles make use of a lot of the same ingredients as enchiladas, but with a lot less work and more informal presentation. If poaching the eggs proves daunting, this dish is equally good topped with fried or scrambled eggs.
Papas Bravas: Three different sauce preparations give these fried potatoes their zing—you can adjust your use of the ghost pepper sauce in this recipe based on your tolerance for spice.
Mexican Mac & Cheese: Spicy, creamy and satisfying, this mac and cheese combines all our favorite Mexican flavors into one crowd-pleasing dish.
Shrimp with Rice & Beans: Rice simmered in enchilada sauce gives this shrimp dish its amazing, deep flavor.
And, of course...
Fresh to Market Pork Enchiladas: Pork makes a tender and delicious filling for enchiladas—pair it with our Fresh to Market Enchilada Sauce for a perfectly warm and comforting meal.
