Fresh from Marin County, our Fresh to Market Organic Sourdough Flatbread Bites are handmade locally by the bakers at Rustic Bakery with simple, quality ingredients. The sourdough leavening gives these unique crackers a beautiful taste and texture perfect for pairing with your favorite artisan cheeses, charcuterie and so much more.

Based out of a café in Larkspur, California, Carol Le Valley and Josh Harris started Rustic Bakery, Inc. in 2005. What began as a small operation quickly grew into a phenomenon when they partnered with Cowgirl Creamery for delicious cheese and cracker pairings. (Cowgirl Creamery is another local favorite, and you can find their artisan cheeses in our specialty cheese department!)
