The holidays are fast approaching, and to help avoid the crowds, we encourage you to be an early bird when it comes to grocery shopping! Here are some ways to make your holiday shopping simpler, safer and easier.
The holidays are fast approaching, and to help avoid the crowds, we encourage you to be an early bird when it comes to grocery shopping! Unlike other holiday seasons, this year we will likely run into times when we have to limit the number of guests in our store to allow for social distancing. Here are some ways to make your holiday shopping simpler, safer and easier.
PLAN AHEAD: Know what you need and what you don’t. Making a list helps you go through the aisles quickly and efficiently so you can be in, out and on your way. You can also sign up for our weekly E-Ad to see all our newest deals and receive our Secret Special every Wednesday, and use our Online Aisle Listings to map out your shopping trip ahead of time.
SHOP EARLY: Do your holiday shopping before the week of Thanksgiving to beat the crowds! All our holiday items are out on display and ready to purchase now. While you will still likely have to shop for produce and other highly perishable items in the last days before Thanksgiving, now is the perfect time to get all your pantry items and any frozen items like a turkey. (Fresh turkeys will arrive around the 18th and you can preorder them, as well!)
GO SOLO: If possible, hit the grocery aisles on your own. Shopping alone helps limit the number of guests in our store, allowing us to serve more shoppers at a time, and keeping our stores safer for everyone. Bonus: you can treat yourself to something special and not have to share!
We truly appreciate you choosing to shop in our store and thank you for your understanding as we do everything we can to protect the health and safety of our guests, associates and community. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask one of our friendly associates!
