Here’s a taste of some of our newest juices and smoothies, along with fan favorites back for another round. See how they stack up nutritionally with these Health Notes by Dr. Liz Applegate, PhD:
Evergreen: Starring both spinach and kale, this supercharged green juice is made even better with the sweet and tangy additions of apple, pear, ginger and lemon. A medium drink supplies:
- A staggering 1500% of vitamin A needs in just 220 calories
- 700% of vitamin K with roles in bone health and circulation
