Whether you need a snack from our kitchen or something to sip from our coffee and juice bar, you can always recharge at our stores. Did you know that at two of our stores, you can also recharge your electric vehicle? It’s true! Whether you “fuel up” while grocery shopping or simply make a pit stop on a longer road trip, we’re here to help with electric vehicle (EV) charging stations at our Elk Grove and Vacaville stores.

Elk Grove EV Charging Station:

• Installed in 2018
• 2 types of chargers: L2 and DC Fast Charger
• Located on the west side of the building
• Guest use of our chargers: 1.9 charges/day
• 2018–2020: Guests have used a total of 16,782 kWh, which is a CO2 reduction of 13.4 metric tons, or the equivalent of taking 3 cars off the road for an entire year!

Vacaville EV Charging Station:

• Installed in December 2020
• 2 types of chargers: L2 and DC Fast Charger
• Located in the parking lot alongside Browns Valley Parkway
• Guest use of our chargers: 2.7 charges/day
• Guests have used a total of 1,972 kWh, which is a 1,039 kg reduction of greenhouse gases, or the equivalent of planting 27 trees and letting them grow for 10 years!
