Summer is the season for grilling and one of our favorites is always tender, meaty, fall-off-the-bone ribs. But how do you achieve the pinnacle of mouthwatering pork perfection? With a quick visit to our Meat department and these three easy steps!
Step 1: Start with the Right Ribs
Renowned for its incredible flavor, deep color and extra marbling, Kurobuta pork is prized by top chefs around the world for its tremendous taste and tenderness. Our Fresh to Market 100% Berkshire Kurobuta Pork is humanely raised on Berkwood Farms’ network of sustainable family farms right here in the USA with utmost care from start to finish to guarantee the highest quality, best-tasting pork on the market.
Step 2: Oven to Grill
Start cooking ribs in a baking dish tightly covered with foil in a 250°F oven until the meat pulls away from the bone, about 2 hours. Finish the ribs on a seasoned grill for about 3–4 minutes per side.
Step 3: Sauce it Up!
For truly finger-licking ribs, brush with our kitchen’s homemade BBQ Sauce on the grill just before serving. Not just for ribs, this sensational sauce is ideal for dipping, slathering or even using as a pizza sauce.
