For a little DIY aromatherapy fun, try your hand at making a simple Argan Rosemary Scalp Massage Oil. This soothing recipe from Aura Cacia is perfect for relaxing in the bath. Store in a 2-ounce sealable bottle and label with masking tape and a permanent marker.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ounce Aura Cacia Organic Argan Skin Care Oil
- 24 drops Aura Cacia Rosemary Essential Oil
- 1 ounce Aura Cacia Jojoba Skin Care Oil
PREPARATION
Combine argan oil and rosemary essential oil in a 2-ounce bottle. Top it off with jojoba oil, replace top and seal tightly. Shake until the oils are well blended.
To use, massage 1–3 teaspoons into the scalp, then work into the hair from roots to ends. Follow massage by washing hair as usual, if desired, or wait 12–24 hours to shampoo and condition.
