C's the Day (2 fluid ounces): ginger, turmeric, lemon, orange, vitamin C and dash of cayenne
This power-packed shot is made with fresh-pressed ginger that contains gingerol, known to ease stomach upset, and fresh turmeric which supplies curcumin, an anti-inflammatory compound that protects against age-related conditions such as arthritis. Fresh lemon and orange juice pack phytonutrients called flavonoids along with vitamin C which studies show may help improve circulating levels of cholesterol for better heart health. Added liquid vitamin C and rose hips pump an additional 500+% of vitamin C into this shot, great for skin and immune system health. And finally, a dash of cayenne pepper may rev up your metabolism according to research.

Tart cherries contain powerful antioxidants that scientific studies have shown to lessen inflammation and help speed recovery from exhaustive exercise. Tummy Tonic (2 fluid ounces): beet, lemon and mushroom blend powder
