Each of our stores has at least two artisan bakers who have spent a minimum of two weeks of intensive training in their craft, and two more weeks apprenticed to a veteran artisan baker, before they take the reins on their own.

You can find our sourdough varieties fresh out of the oven every morning by 8 a.m., and rustic varieties done by 10 a.m.—so stop by to smell the delicious aroma of fresh bread every morning!
