This exclusive extra virgin olive oil (or EEVOO, if you will) was harvested just for us using organic olives grown locally on La Tourangelle’s 20-acre estate in Woodland (the same town where the first Nugget Market opened!). Cold-pressed within hours of harvest, these awesome olives create a beautiful flavor that’s buttery smooth, fresh, and bright with notes of pepper on the finish. Its mild, balanced flavor makes it a versatile choice for vinaigrettes and finishing dishes, while its 375°F smoke point lends itself to baking and cooking.

As an added bonus, La Tourangelle is just as dedicated to quality as we are! Originally from the Loire Valley of France, they opened in Woodland when the family’s second eldest son decided to recreate their artisan oil mill stateside in the early 2000s. By pairing unique French methods with custom machines modeled after the original century-old equipment, they’re able to craft artisanal oils from nuts, seeds, avocados, and (of course) olives. They’re also packaged in recyclable tin which blocks out light, keeping the oils at their freshest for as long as possible.
