As summer approaches, nothing sounds better to me than cooking up a homemade, well–seasoned burger on my backyard grill. In our meat departments, we use our Fresh to Market signature seasonings, hand mixed with our 85 percent lean ground beef, to create delicious, hand–shaped burgers. Our most popular flavor is our Garlic and Pepper Seasoned Burger, a tasty patty that is gluten free and packed with flavor in every bite.

Angel’s Burger–Grilling Tips:
• Place your burgers directly on the grill, over high heat
• Cover and grill for approximately five minutes, then flip and grill for another four minutes on the other side for a well–done burger (the USDA recommends cooking all ground beef to an internal temperature of 155°F to prevent foodborne illness)
• Avoid pressing down on your burgers with a spatula—this squeezes out moisture and will result in dried–out burgers
