From the historic Laura Chenel Chèvre Company comes a great new line of flavored Chèvres. Originally founded in the late 1970s, Laura Chenel was a true goat cheese pioneer, whose classic Chèvre achieved fame when served on the iconic Warmed Goat Cheese Salad at Chez Panisse restaurant in Berkeley. Having recently opened their new facility in the Carneros region of Sonoma County, they have released some amazing new cheeses: the Honey Chèvre, Chopped Olive Chèvre and Truffle Chèvre.

Honey
This cheese has a slight lemony tang that is perfectly melded with its floral sweetness.
Chopped Olive
A unique blend of coarse–chopped kalamata and green olives lends a nice buttery taste, with a subtle, salty finish.
Truffle
The gentle texture and light freshness are perfectly offset by the earthy truffle—truly exquisite!
All three of these cheeses have smooth, clean flavors and are very well balanced. Each bite leaves you yearning for more!
