Founded recently in 2015, Stuyt Dairy Farmstead Cheese Company is carrying on a tradition more than four generations in the making. Co-owners Ansally and Rick both come from dairy-farming families (hers from California, his from the Netherlands), and now their kids are in on the action as well, with daughters Michelle and Anastasia running their new cheese-making venture.
