Olive & Sun-Dried Tomato Breadsticks

Use pre-made pizza dough fresh from our kitchen to make these savory breadsticks in no time flat.
Ingredients
- All-purpose flour
- 8 ounces pizza dough
- ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, minced
- ⅓ cup Kalamata olives, minced
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Preparation
Heat oven to 400°F. Line a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
On a lightly floured surface, roll the pizza dough into a ¼-inch thick rectangle, about 15x8 inches.
In a medium bowl, mix the remaining ingredients together and spread evenly over the pizza dough. Cut into 1-inch strips (about 15 total). Twist each strip into a spiral and lay on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake until golden brown, 8–10 minutes.
