Shake up the classic New Orleans brunch cocktail with this sweet orange spin.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces orange vodka
  • 1 large egg white
  • 1 ounce heavy cream
  • 1 ounce fresh orange juice
  • ½ ounce agave syrup
  • Soda water (flavored if desired)

Preparation

Combine all ingredients except soda water in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds. Strain into a wine glass or Tom Collins glass and top off with soda water.
