Puff Pastry Pepperoni Pizza

Using puff pastry reduces both the time commitment and stress of making pizza dough—and with a box of puff pastry on hand in the freezer, any night can be pizza night!
Ingredients

Preparation
Heat oven to 400°F.
Bake puff pastry for about 20 minutes, until golden brown on top and bottom. Remove from oven and let cool to room temperature.
Spread pizza sauce evenly over the puff pastry, leaving ¼ inch space around the edge. Spread cheese evenly over the sauce, then top with pepperoni. Bake for 5–7 minutes, until cheese is melted.
