Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 Fresh to Market Stuffed Flank Steak
Preparation
Heat oven to 400°F.
Heat an oven-safe skillet to medium-high heat. Add the vegetable oil and sear all sides of the meat until well-browned, searing the cut ends last.
Place entire pan in oven and cook for 8–12 minutes, or to an internal temperature of 140°F for medium. Let rest for 7–8 minutes before serving.
