Stuffed Hamburger Combinations

Ingredients
Combo #1
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 button mushrooms, sliced
- 2 ounces cheddar cheese
- 3 tablespoons bacon bits
- 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
Combo #2
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 ounces fresh mozzarella
- 2–3 tablespoons sundried tomatoes, chopped
- ½ teaspoon rosemary chopped
Combo #3
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 ounces fontina
- 2-3 tablespoons caramelized onion
- 2 tablespoons pickled jalapeno, chopped
Preparation
Form beef into four 4-ounce balls. Shape two of the balls into indented patties using the burger press. Divide desired filling combo among the patties evenly, and place it into the indent in the patties.
Shape the other two 4-ounce balls into patties with the burger press, then place on top of the filling. Press the two patties together, being sure to firmly seal the edges. Cook patty to desired degree of doneness.
Serve on toasted bun with your favorite condiments.
