This simply delicious take on toast makes a fantastic breakfast, flavorful snack, and easy party appetizer!
Ingredients
- ½ sourdough baguette
- 3–4 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 1 ball of burrata (2 ounces)
- 2 tablespoons onion chili crunch
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Kosher salt, to taste
- 1 ounce microgreens
- 12 cherry tomatoes, quartered
Preparation
Cut baguette into slices on a 45-degree bias, about 1 inch thick each. Brush with olive oil and toast on the grill or in a hot pan, oil-side down.
Transfer toasted bread to a work surface. Slice burrata and spread about 2–3 tablespoons on each piece of bread. Drizzle with onion chili crunch and top with sliced avocado. Season avocado with salt and top with microgreens and cherry tomatoes, then drizzle with remaining olive oil.
