Ingredients

  • 8 small waffles
  • 1 pint ice cream
  • Fresh to Market Sea Salt Caramel Cream, for topping

Preparation

Toast waffles, then let cool or proceed to next step immediately for meltier sandwiches.

Set out a toasted waffle and scoop about ¼ cup of ice cream on top. Gently spread the ice cream to the waffle’s edges with the back of the scoop or a butter knife. Alternatively, cut directly through a frozen 1-pint container of ice cream to make 4 round slices, then peel off the packaging before placing each slice on a waffle.

Top the ice cream with caramel cream and another waffle. Repeat for remaining sandwiches.
