Lemon Herb Chicken

Preparation
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Combine thyme, garlic, lemon zest and juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper on a sheet pan to create a light paste. Roll each chicken breast in the mixture, then leave on the sheet pan to marinate for 20 minutes.
Place pan with chicken in the oven for 10–12 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the meat reaches 165°F. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
