Fresh pears give this cocktail its festive fall flavor, both as a fruity puree and an elegant garnish!
Ingredients
Pear Puree:

Preparation
To make the pear puree, combine pears, sugar, and water in a blender, then blend and strain any excess pulp.
For the cocktail, combine vodka, vermouth, 2 ounces pear puree, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously with ice and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with cinnamon-sugar pear slices.
