Mummy Pizzas

Make a mummy face on an English muffin for your Halloween party!
Ingredients
- 3 English muffins
- 6 tablespoons pizza sauce
- 12 olive slices
- 12 small red or green pepper pieces
- 3 string cheeses, pulled into strips
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Split and toast the English muffins, then spread 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce on each cut side. Add 2 olive slices on each for eyes, then place a small piece of red or green pepper in the center for the pupils. Lay string cheese strips across like mummy wrappings, leaving the eyes peering through.
Place mummy pizzas on a baking sheet and bake until the cheese bubbles, about 10 minutes.
