Slice of Fall

Fall in love with this delicious seasonal cocktail made with fresh apple juice, spices and just a bit of bourbon.

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce bourbon
  • ½ ounce Cocchi Vermouth di Torino
  • 3 ounces fresh apple juice
  • 1 pinch of ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of sage
  • 1 apple slice, for garnish

Preparation

Combine bourbon, vermouth, apple juice and spices in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass.

For the garnish, float a thin apple slice on top and sprinkle with additional spices as desired.
