Here's a lighter take on the Denver classic—baked, crustless and fluffy. Think soufflé but savory!
Ingredients

Preparation
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Whisk together eggs and milk and set aside. Heat butter in small nonstick sauté pan over medium-high heat, then add egg mixture and season to taste with salt and pepper.
When eggs begin to set, add ham and cheese and place into oven for 3–4 minutes, until fluffy and golden. Serve immediately.
