Pisco is a very unique tasting grape brandy made in Peru and Chile. The Pisco Sour is a very popular cocktail in both countries.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Pisco
  • Juice of ½ of lemon
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 1 small egg white

Preparation

Pour all contents into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
