Summer Rum Punch

Add the perfect punch to your outdoor celebration with these two variations on a fruity favorite.
Ingredients
Punch Base & Non-Alcoholic Version:
- 1 yellow doll melon
- 1 medium watermelon
- 1 pineapple
- 2 mangos
- ½ cup water
Cocktail Version (Single Serving):
- Punch base
- 1½ ounces white rum
- ½ ounce Stirrings Ginger Liqueur
- ½ ounce Stirrings Triple Sec
Preparation
For the punch base, cut the yellow doll melon and watermelon in half, scoop out the fruit and add to a blender. Blend melons to liquid consistency then strain liquid to remove seeds and pulp. Pour strained liquid into a punch bowl or pitcher.
Cut pineapple and mango into chunks and blend together in the blender with ½ cup water to a puree consistency. Add to punch bowl or pitcher with melon juice and ice.
For the cocktail version, pour punch mixture into a pint glass, leaving room for rum, ginger liqueur and triple sec. Add spirits and stir to combine.
