Breakfast on a Stick

Berries, granola, and yogurt on a stick? That’s right! These breakfast pops are sweet, tangy, crunchy, and utterly delicious.
Ingredients
- ½ pint raspberries½ pint raspberries ½ pint raspberries
- 1 tablespoon honey1 tablespoon honey 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cups plain or vanilla Greek yogurt2 cups plain or vanilla Greek yogurt 2 cups plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- ¾ cup milk¾ cup milk ¾ cup milk
- ½ cup granola½ cup granola ½ cup granola
Preparation
Combine raspberries and honey in medium bowl. Set aside for 5 minutes to allow berries to macerate.
Simmer the raspberries and honey in a pot over medium heat for about 10 minutes, until mixture is the consistency of jam. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
Stir Greek yogurt and milk together until well blended. Add granola and stir until evenly distributed.
Add 2 tablespoons of yogurt mixture to each popsicle mold, then add 2 tablespoons of raspberry mixture to each mold and repeat alternating layers until all molds are full. Swirl each popsicle with a bamboo skewer then freeze until set, at least 2 hours.
