A traditional noodle pudding around Hanukkah, this sweet dish makes for a festive family dessert.
Ingredients

Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cook pasta al dente, then drain but do not rinse.
Set aside ¾ cup sugar then combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Mix in drained noodles, then pour mixture into a 9x9-inch buttered baking dish. Wrap with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
Unwrap, sprinkle with remaining sugar and bake uncovered for an additional 10–12 minutes, until edges of noodles are slightly golden. Chill completely before serving.
