Ginger Berry Mojito

Ginger soda, strawberries and a hint of mint make this fresh take on the mojito perfect for enjoying on a sunny day.
Ingredients
- ½ ounce mint simple syrup
- 3 strawberries
- 3 ounces Pok Pok Som Ginger Soda
- 1½ ounces Zaya Rum
- Mint for garnish
Preparation
Add mint simple syrup and strawberries to glass. Muddle strawberries, then add Zaya Rum and Pok Pok Som Ginger Soda. Top off with ice and garnish with mint.
To make mint simple syrup, combine 1 cup hot water and 1 cup sugar in a medium sauce pan over medium heat. Heat until sugar is dissolved, stirring frequently. Remove sauce pan from heat, add 30-40 mint leaves and cover for 30 minutes. Pour syrup through a strainer into a medium bowl, removing mint leaves. Refrigerate until well chilled.
